K Art is located in downtown Buffalo, New York, on the traditional lands of the Seneca Nation of Indians and is close to the current territories of the Seneca Nation. The gallery is an integral element of the K Haus — a design, art, and event space set within an 1878 brownstone in Buffalo’s historic Allentown district. The neighborhood is remarkable for its lively community of artists and lifestyle venues. It is renowned for its parks (Frederick Law Olmsted), its legendary tenants (Frank Lloyd Wright), its proximity to national art galleries (Albright-Knox), and its inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
